Sadly I found out that Morkie passed away today. He's my dog that was born when I was a teenager and still living in Scotland, he lived with my Mum - as did Mindy, his mother. She passed away in September.

I'm happy they're together now, I'll miss you puppies - you gave me so much happiness that I'll never forget you. Your names are carried on even as I post this LJ entry as my username, Morkie, and my characters in games named Mindy and Morkie show - I've missed you since I moved away.

I remember the long walks we'd take at midnight around the forests and roads in the Scottish hills as you became dogs from puppies. I'd speak to you and tell you all my troubles when no one was around. You'd both sleep on the bed with me and respond to me in ways that warmed me so much.

You were always characters, larger than life to me and part of the family.

Wow so I started this back in November, a ton happened to me a my world kinda changed as far as loosing my job. The creative aspect of me vanished totally, as I've not been playing guitar either.

I suppose the road to recovery and sanity, should see me doing what I used to and liked to - so I'll start with a small entry here and see how I do=)

And now back in the office.

The guy at the DVD store...I mean I knew he was going to say it, he was one of those chipper employees that probably had 27 pieces of flair and I'm sure was recently relocated from chilli's. So he goes 'Would you like to pr' and I said 'NO thank you'. He paused. He starts again, 'Woul' and I looked up and cut in 'No, thank you VERY much'.

Nothing was going to deflate this fuckers smile either, 'okay sir thank you!!!' (I could hear the 3 exclamation points)

Anyways 3 hours until I leave, like this journal thingy=)
